We exist only to provide the highest quality consulting services in the areas where we believe that we offer distinct competencies in the marketplace.

We accept engagements only if we believe that we can complete them to the Client's satisfaction and they are within our own ethical guidelines.

Before accepting an engagement, we acquire a thorough understanding of the Client's organization and their specific business needs.

We do not and will not seek out Clients that compete with any of our Clients that maintain our relationship under a retainer agreement.

We do not usurp the Client's management responsibility. We provide solid advice, recommendations, and statements of direction, but leave the ultimate decisions to the Client.
